RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • All items are thoroughly checked before being shipped out to ensure quality. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds under any circumstances, so please make sure everything is correct.

Once your order is placed it cannot be canceled or changed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless you received the wrong item.

    PROCESSING & SHIPPING

    • Processing can take 1-10 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

    *During major sales*

    processing can take up to 21 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

    • Shipping takes 1-3 business days after processing and tracking number is issued.  
    • Please allow the shipping carrier 24-48 hours to scan and update your tracking number.
    • Once the order is with the shipping carrier, A. De’yar Collection is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packaging.

    For International Shipping: 

    • Customers are responsible for import fees depending on their country
